
After qualifying from the University of Oxford Medical School in 1988, Adam spent 10 years training in obstetrics and gynaecology with a subspecialist interest in endocrinology and nutrition. He is a member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and on the specialist register. Since leaving the NHS, Adam has been providing scientific nutritional and wellness solutions to elite athletes, corporate clients and media artists to improve their performance on the field, boardroom and stage. He worked for the England Rugby Football Union from 1999 to 2006 as part of Sir Clive Woodward's team that culminated with the World Cup success in 2003 and subsequently has worked with England Cricket, in Premiership football, and with a number of Olympic sports and athletes. Adam continues to deliver at an elite level in both rugby and football.
Adam is often called upon as a nutritional expert, contributing to TV and radio interviews on all the major terrestrial and satellite channels, including the 6 and 10 o'clock news for the BBC and ITV. He has been co-presenter of Granada's Celebrity Fit Club as well as several other TV productions centred on behaviour change.
Since founding Corperformance in 2006 Adam's main focus has been the business development and management, developing the lifestyle strategies that deliver the transformational changes demonstrated by Corperformance. He is highly experienced in design and development of bespoke programmes for a wide range of companies.
